Lifetime Code Quality Guarantee

LUCA Studios LLC (“Company”) is pleased to offer the following guarantee:

For the Lifetime of the solution, as delivered and accepted by the “Customer”, the Company will provide full guarantee for and relief of any Errors, Omissions, or other Software Defects, directly related to the Source Code written by LUCA Studios, at no additional cost to the Customer.

For the purposes of this guarantee the following definitions apply:

Errors, Omissions, or Other Software Defects

Errors, omissions, or other software defects are those deficiencies which are directly related to the agreed upon project specifications.

Source Code

Source code is defined as the unmodified source code, declarative documents (HTML, XML, CSS), and other static documents that were delivered and accepted by the Customer as part of the solution.

Lifetime

Lifetime applies to any part of the delivered solution, as defined above in “Source Code”. The Source Code will be covered by this Guarantee indefinitely, until any of the following conditions is met:

a) The Customer provides written notification to the Company specifically releasing the Company of this Guarantee;

b) The Company provides written notification to the Customer of it’s intent to rescind the Guarantee, after 30 days of delivery of said written notification;

c) Any part of the Source Code is modified by anyone who is not employed or directed by the Company to do so.
