What is your price model?

We tailor our pricing model based on customer needs. We will support flat-rate project pricing, as well as hourly pricing. We also offer pre-purchasing of block development hours at discount prices based on total hours purchased.

Will you host my website?

We do not offer hosting directly, but are happy to coordinate a hosting service for our customers.

I want to maintain control of my source code throughout the project. Do you support this?

Yes. You may provide access to your source control repository and we will use it for daily commits.

Am I able to contact the members of the project team who are located in Europe?

Yes. Our customers are provided with a direct line (US number) to contact our team in Europe.

Will I ever get to meet the development team in Europe?

We are happy to give any prospective customers a "virtual tour" of our Europe office via Skype or Google+ web conference. In fact, we encourage it!
